Rick Ross was busted over the weekend, after police allegedly found the Miami rapper with about a gram of marijuana in a hotel in Shreveport, Louisiana.
According to nbcmiami.com, the Boss was arrested last Friday night (March 25) at about 11 p.m. and charged with possession of the drug in the first offense. A police report says that cops entered Ross’ room upon smelling a strong odor of the smoke.
The Maybach Music Group leader was quickly booked and released on a misdemeanor summons. He was apparently in town to perform.
Rozay is currently on the I Am Music II tour with Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj and Travis Barker, which is scheduled to hit the Nassau Colliseum in Long Island, NY later tonight. —Elan Mancini
